What should students expect from your class?
My classes are contemporary Pilates set to a music driven tempo. I love using music to set the tone and intention of class, which helps drive focus and energy. Expect to work the entire body, lots of core, standing work and a solid burn to leave you feeling energized.
About Me
My background in fitness started a long time ago as a competitive synchronized swimmer. I have always loved fitness and sport, so it seemed like a natural progression to move into becoming a Pilates Instructor. My journey into teaching fitness started in 2018 with a Barre certification, which then progressed into many more Barre trainings and eventually moving into Pilates (officially) in 2022. In 2023, I completed my certification with Stott Pilates in Reformer and Mat.
